Your satisfaction is our forever pursue! We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. When you receive the hair order, if the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at Sylvia20230520@163.com to initiate your return at first and we will be always here to help you. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Hope you can understand!
( All our hair are original virgin hair, which has been inspect by CISS. If there is any quality problem after received, it can be returned within 7 Days, responsible for your project, so we will do everything from the beginning to guarantee accomplishing your project successfully from design to installation, you can take no risk of your money, time and you can get a perfect solution. )
